ii)    Breathe deeply while performing the posture, use your fingers to hold your toes and once you fold your legs position your hands on your knees and shin and make a firm grip to pull your legs close to your hips.

iii)    Try to maintain the pose for up to 5 minutes. While retracting to the normal position, try to inhale and exhale. And, slowly lengthen your body and legs back to the normal sitting posture.
